Monday - Texas BBQ
Beef brisket, smoked sausage, and BBQ grilled chicken; mac n cheese, potato salad, creamy coleslaw, and baked beans; chocolate chunk pecan bars and apple crumble bars; iced tea and water
Veggie option (only for those who requested it on the registration form): Grilled tofu and veggie skewers with rice

Tuesday - Frisco Feast
Zesty lemon chicken with herbed rice, roasted squash and root vegetable medley; spring mix green salad with cranberries, walnuts, and balsamic dressing; chocolate sheet cake; iced tea and water
Veggie option (only for those who requested it on the registration form): Stuffed peppers

Wednesday - South of the Border
Chicken and beef fajitas with flour tortillas, cilantro lime rice, and seasons beans; lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour crea on the side); chips and salsa; lemon bars and seven layer bars; iced tea and water
Veggie option (only for those who requested it on the registration form): Extra peppers, zucchini, squash, onions

Thursday - Executive Sandwiches
Sandwich tray (turkey/cheese, ham/cheese) with potato chips and whole fruit; veggie; croissant sandwich (chicken salad); mini cheesecakes; tossed salad with carrot, cucumbers, and tomatoes with ranch and balsamic dressing; iced tea and water
Veggie option (only for those who requested it on the registration form): Roasted vegetable and hummus wrap


Please note that no special diet or food substitutions are possible. Where applicable, a special vegetarian entrée will be available for those who requested it on the registration form.

The break room will be located in H226 upstairs in Heritage Hall. Coffee, ice water, and hot water will be available, but please provide your own snacks for breaks. Snack and soft drink vending machines are available in Heritage Hall's downstairs east vestibule and J Building’s north vestibule.
